Our billing and administrative departments are conveniently located directly within CARES Surgicenter. The CARES financial team is here to assist you with any billing questions or issues that you may have. We provide timely response to financial concerns.
Policy:
Please be aware that our facility will initiate authorization and pre verification of your procedure. If your insurance policy stipulates a coinsurance payment, or deductible, you are responsible for those payments. As you can see, we participate with a broad panel of insurance providers for your convenience.
Cosmetic Procedures:
Patients that are scheduled for cosmetic procedures, or that do not have insurance coverage, are responsible for fees that are based on the length of their surgery. Please note that payment in full is required prior to your procedure. CARES financial team is happy to provide help with any billing inquires that you have!
